Defoamers

Defoaming relates to the use of chemicals to control foam formation in water. There are many different types of defoamers. The key to successful defoaming is proper testing, to ensure that the specific defoamer selected provides the desired performance under actual plant conditions. 

Northland Chemical has developed procedures to enable it to test the effectiveness of defoamers on particular water, as well as to aid in the selection of the optimal product. This expertise translates into improved cost/benefit performance for our customers.
